I looked around for a while after cleaning oils. Since there are so few on the market: MAC, Origins, Shu Uemura (sometimes by the way: what is this please?), Etc.
disadvantage: they all cost around 20 €. And that is steep for something that you do not know if you can tolerate and what you use up quickly.
My rationale then, as almost always: Do it simple itself. And I did.
recipes that you find online are all pretty simple.
Take oils of their choice, add fluid lecithin, done! Sounds good, huh?
Yes, I took what I had. Rosehip seed oil, argan oil, jojoba oil and olive oil. Fluid lecithin as I had fun in the house. All mixed together, provided with essential oils and voila "Si rods Irö eigönö Reinigüngsöl.
I initially put into it too little fluid lecithin, but the problem could be remedied quickly and now my cleansing oil works great!
I first produced only a small amount to test first whether it actually works.
how it goes:
the oil is applied with dry hands to dry face and massage. Then the fingers are moistened, the whole again. Now the oil in a milk which is nothing more than cream, turn. And this is due to the fluid lecithin, which is in fact an emulsifier. It therefore enables the oil to mix with the water.
And that's the secret, for now, the milk simply flushed from the face and are leaving a greasy anything but pure face. And no one believes until he has tried it. Heavenly.
But there is something to be observed. I have taken the oils that I had there. One should think in advance but which oils they use. There are drying, semi-drying oils and greasy. The best is always in creams, mix a combination of these three categories. In a cleansing oil, the rules should not look much different.
To find out which oils belong to which category, I commend you this page. There are excellent bases for mixing of cosmetics, especially creams.
I will definitely still play around with some oils. Which I refer in this online shop. There are essential oils, base oils, containers, and so is well with competitive prices and service.
The bottle that I used for my cleansing oil is, incidentally, an old milk bottle Dr.Hauschka.
over the long term effects of my cleansing oil, I will write about if I have a long time, which I can relate myself:)
